Nordisk Film Fonden is a Danish foundation established in 1993 and today a part of Egmont Fonden.
We nurture Danish film talents and unique stories. Film helps bind us together and create a common understanding of our society and history, reflecting what we are as human beings and prompting us to reflect on the world and put it into perspective. It is the good story that entertains, touches, or makes us wiser as individuals. Over the years, Danish films have garnered awards and recognition worldwide for their high quality.
We are the only non-profit foundation in Denmark dedicated to the Danish film industry and provide support of approx. seven million DKK annually.
