In connection with the submission of your proposal, NFP collects and processes the following personal data about you: 

Name, address (private/business), e-mail, phone number. 

Our processing and storage of your personal data is necessary in order for us to consider and manage your project proposal such as but not limited to contacting you for feedback and suggestions for a possible collaboration. 

This processing of information is based on the rule of consent in Article 6, (1) (a) as well as the rule of legitimate interest in Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. 

We store your information for as long as your consent is valid. 

We do not transfer your information to any thirdparties outside of Nordisk Film Production A/S. Your information will only be disclosed internally in he event of a possible collaboration. If we enter into such a collaboration, we will provide you with separate information about how we process your personal data in this connection.

You may at any time obtain a summary of the personal information related to you which we process, request that your personal information is rectified, corrected or instances deleted by contacting us.
