Nordisk Film Production strengthens its production team in Stockholm with series producer Lejla Bešić. The new hire is in line with Nordisk Film Production's strategy to be a powerhouse for strong original Swedish series.
Lejla Bešić, who produced the upcoming Netflix original THE BREAKTHROUGH and is currently in post-production on the series STENBECK for SVT, brings a unique series expertise to Nordisk Film. Her extensive experience working with Swedish series for commissioners such as SVT, Netflix, Discovery and Viaplay, coupled with her expertise in development, budgeting and production, makes her a valuable addition to the Swedish team. Lejla Bešić will join Nordisk Film Production on 20 January 2025.

Today’s announcement follows the recent appointment of two film producers, Helena Danielsson and Deborah Bayer Marlow, to Nordisk Film Production's Danish team, bringing the company's total number of producers to 22 in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
