Three new cinematic spots serve as a warm thank you to our guests for choosing Nordisk Film Cinemas and contributing to Egmont’s support for children and young people at risk.
On the big screen, the hero always manages. But in real life, you might need a helping hand.
From September 4, Danish cinemagoers will see and hear that message loud and clear on every screen across all Nordisk Film Cinemas.
The brand-new, visually stunning campaign films highlight the connection between Nordisk Film Cinemas and Egmont, as well as Egmont’s dual purpose as an enterprise foundation.
“It is a connection we are very proud of, and one that holds great significance for our identity and culture, especially for the many young employees who welcome our cinema guests every day. It is special to be part of an organization with such a strong purpose, and we are proud to share that with everyone who is part of the community around our cinemas,” says Casper Bonavent, Managing Director of Nordisk Film Cinemas Denmark.

Crafted for the big screen
By using dramatic and familiar cinematic scenes to reflect a reality where you cannot always manage everything alone, the three short films – titled THE STORM, THE JUMP, and SPACE – highlight how Egmont donates approximately DKK 100 million of its profits each year to help children and youth facing difficult life circumstances get an education, gain an active voice in society, and build a good life.
“The three cinematic stories are crafted specifically for the big screen to surprise and move audiences, conveying the message in a simple, relatable way. If our guests have a great experience while gaining a clearer sense of who we are and what we stand for, the films will have achieved their goal,” says Casper Bonavent.
